Last night for the first time I tried a sleep supplement that has 10mg melatonin and 200 mg L theanine.
I slept really well! I fell asleep faster and because of that I didn’t lay in bed awake waiting for sleep with bad voices like I normally experience.

That’s good news. I didn’t recommend melatonin though, I don’t know anything about it!

Oh sorry for the confusion! I knew you mentioned L theanine and I was thinking about trying melatonin. When I saw this brand that I bought that was a combo of both, I chose it because I remember you talked about L theanine. Thanks for helping!
