Medications for voices , might need to switch meds

Hello !

Im in sort of a crisis. I have voices that are really bad , I think I have to switch meds soon.

right now i’m on clozapine and quetieapine

I’ve had olanzapine, cariprazine , quetiapine, clozapine. None of them has worked for me.

have any of you had any luck with medications for voices besides these four ?

For example invega or risperidone, abilify ?

please help with suggestions if you can.

I have to wait 2 weeks until my next appointment with my pdoc.

Do you smoke tobacco or drink coffee?

Those things can reduce the effects of clozapine.

I don’t really have any advice , 700mg is a high dose. The maximum is 900mg though.

Best of luck with your psychiatrist when you see them in 2 weeks.
