ok guys sorry i know i just posted asking about my meds but i’ve come to the conclusion my medication isn’t really working for me, i feel like i build up a tolerance to all my meds but not enough to up them without it being debilitating. i was wondering what meds worked for you guys and if there’s any that you all thought work better for delusions. i know everyone has a different body and different meds work but google isn’t giving me great answers. i’ve been on every 2nd generation just about except invega, stelazine, and saphris. im open to any suggestion

I have been taking nortriptyline an antidepressant an old tricyclic one that came out back in the 50s or something. And also perphenazine an old antipsychotic that also came out in the 50s or something. I have been taking these for like 30 years and they never pooped out on me. And then Abilify was added about eight years ago A very low dose. And I’m on this combination now along with modafinil which is prescribed for narcolepsy and it helps me wake up.

I’m on Haldol, no side effects other than making me sleepy. Only med that gets rid of hallucinations for me.
