It takes a while for Zoloft to work. Be patient. Things are bound to get better.

Hmm … an antidepressant? Do you experience Mania @samples32?

Yes I do. Schizoffective, bipolar type. @Wave

Latuda - is that a mood stabilizer? Sorry autocorrect on phone.

Are you on a mood stabilizer? Like Depakote, Tegretol, Lithium?

Latuda? Yes it is.

Just the latuda.

Well I am sure your pdoc knows what he is doing - personally I am refusing to take Latuda because it is not FDA approved for Mania or Mixed episodes and is very activating. It is basically a very strong antidepressant type antipsychotic -
The Latuda and antidepressant could prove to be a very activating experience - but everyone is different.
Just use caution and if you become very hypomanic or manic, do not hesitate to call your pdoc -
I am not a pdoc - and just because it wouldnt work for me, it could work out for you - good luck with zoloft, its a good SSRi antidepressant

Have you tried any of the anticonvulsants/mood stabilizers? Like lamotragine or lithium. I found these to be good at staving off the hypomania. They are not very activating in my experience.

No. I don’t know what this doctor is doing.

I’m sure they know what they are doing - I mean they’ve got the qualifications and I dont. Suppose all you can do is try this combination and just be vigilant to signs of mania. You seem like you know your own mind well. All the best for the new meds.
