I’m not feeling great … maybe it’s just pms as that happens sometimes… I feel depressed… not suicidal just low.

Im gonna repeat the old chestnut mate - and say practice a bit of self care. Do the things you want to do, and if that mean slobbing it in bed all day - or eating junk food so be it. Whatever your poison is.
Sometimes we forget to do things for our own pleasure - because we are too focused on our own personal mental health.
