I’ve continued to preserve through this illness along the road so many times and for so long.
I hit another low, and this one is low. I am that state of not existing. I could go any minute if i wished but just am at the point of comatose beyond my control. This one being the eighth time or so but the strongest yet. I need help.
I hope things start to feel better.
When I’m down I try to listen to music I like or watch movies I like. Maybe eat something tasty.
Try to reach out to the people around you if you can.
consider calling one of those help lines, never a dull conversation
Is there any particular why you feel low at the moment?
Maybe call the crisis line if it’s really bad. I was feeling kind of blah today. I just watched a YouTube on Evolution that was very interesting. Maybe a movie or show might make you feel better.
@snowtiger @808chris @shellys12 @47average thank you guys for your condolences and advice, it just ended up being a really terrible night, my mind went into a very dark place. My head is in a better place today, i’m feeling a little better and am grounded once again.
Thanks again
Thanks for saying thanks
Glad you feeling better
Just remember everyone feels down at some point, even people without illnesses…EVERYONE DOES!
@Cj56 good to hear man, while your thinking clear now, write up a game plan for how to deal with it again for the next time, itll give you something better to think about while you fight.
I was sitting in bed with a bottle of vodka and three bottles of sleeping pills getting ready to end it the other night…obviously I did not end it- I called my mom when the crisis line didnt answer.
I can say I understand. The good thing is that you know how to get through it and can most likely do it again. But yeah I have been dramatic and erratic lately, that cluster B personality type of insane- I am taking this semester off to be a hermit. A hermit who studies and works out.
Try thinking of just drifting, floating when it gets suicidal. Suicidality is to me like floundering and drowning when the answer is to float calmly.
@Cj56 I am SO glad you are better. I hate when that happens but it happens to all of us here and again
