That shiz is the best. I have noted a great general improvement in mood/anxiety since ditching coffee for tea


I like to have peppermint tea with milk and sugar it’s pretty tasty

I drink tea and herbal nettle tea for diabetes and I don’t miss coffee

Tea is great especially black tea with milk and sugar.
Also my sleepy time tea just before bed calms me down.
