Caffeine helps with my ADHD, so English Breakfast Tea is good, but too much caffeine is bad.
Red Bush soothes me and Chamomile makes me sleepy, whilst Mint wakes me up without giving me the energy boost of English Breakfast.
I’m not sure about Moringa, I tried it and thought it was mildly hallucinogenic as is Tobacco tea, but both are probably preferable to smoking.
I’ve smoked English Breakfast Tea on occasion, and that is an interesting hit, but I’m not sure it is advisable, even without the side affects to the lungs.
Green Tea is said to be very healthy, but I find it quite intense, and have heard it can damage the liver, like many anti-psychotics and anti-agers, if over consumed. Then again, over consumption of anything is bad for you.
I used to love Lemon and Honey as a child, but don’t take sugar anymore, not even Honey or Fruit, which are two of the best forms of sugar available.
Blackcurrent tea is soothing and tasty, but haven’t had that in a while, and never felt it did anything much other than taste nice.
Lemon and Ginger is also said to be very healthy, but I’m not exactly sure what it does for SZ being more about the immune system as I understand it.
Finally Nettle tea has rave reviews, but I haven’t studied it enough to pass judgment yet.
I’m sure there are lots more people can think of. So which is the best for you and SZ?
