Man has been eating meat for thousands of years

Hell, I’m not going to the first generation to give up eating meat.
Gimme a break, I grew up in the seventies. I learned how to recycle, I learned not to pollute, I give donations to needy people, I learned to express my feelings etc. I learned all that stuff.

But I will not give up eating meat.

Wasn’t your generation the one where all the doctors were smoking, and they said it was like a sauna for your lungs? Yeah, your generation just keep doing what your doing.

(I assume this is all harmless teasing with this post)

So true.

I was vegan for three years while I dated this totally hot, but totally not worth it jackass in college.

It was miserable, I was sick all the time, I never had a meal that felt complete.

I will never go without eating animals or animal products ever again.

@SunLion, that’s hilarious about the cigarettes.

Well if you think about it about most of the people in the world are already vegan. Solely because the food pantries in the city where they give out free food is all vegan.:four_leaf_clover:

Back in the sixties and early seventies I was a vegetarian for 2 years. When I decided to go back to meat I had a steak, salad, and baked potato.

Then I couldn’t help myself… I took a 4 hour nap. I concluded that meat puts you to sleep compared to a meatless diet.

man, I can’t imagine not being able to have meat…I love those steaks and kielbasa and pork chops and bacon and sausages and grouper steaks !! I could go on…don’t get me started…haha

Im a second hand vegetarian …

This post had me thinking, @77nick77. Who’s trying to get you to go vegetarian anyway? Where’s the pressure coming from?

It was just a topic a month or two ago where someone wrote about the subject of slaughtering cows for meat.Tthey were against eating meat.

Yes.

I’ve been vegetarian off and on since I was little. It’s more because I’m just not a fan of most meat, though.

Vegan is just crazypants, though.

Women more need meat, men need more vegetables on average in proper portions of course. We both need balanced fruit and seafood per proportion.

I tried to give up meat once. It didn’t turn out well.In short, I found out we are designed to eat it. (its a B12 thing).

the only other form of b12 available is from unwashed vegetables and fruits as it exist as a form of mold. I am thinking all produce is washed at least a little before put in grocery stores.(as we know what is used for fertilizer)

I think eating meat is gross and i try not to think about where it comes from. There is no good alternative.

I had two steaks today and chicken nuggets.
Man they were delicious! :yum:
