Won’t say the brand but this add water powder is disgusting. Tastes of chemical sweeteners
you tried one you liked last night
What else could it be? Fat, sugar, what is not to like? Aspartame, saccharin and plenty of e numbers as emulisifiers. It is a chemical shitstorm without it.
I know. When I get into something I buy lots of different ones to see what’s best. This particular one is a diet one but tastes horrible.
For sure. I am better off with moderate amounts of the real stuff not lots of the chemical crap
honestly, once you get used to stevia there is no going back. The sugar turns too sweet and sickly after a few months on the natural stevia. I have it on my sugar free alpen like sugar.
Does it take getting used to? I got some but I thought it tasted bitter the one time I tried it. I thought maybe it was off or something.
what one did you like last night?
It is acrid at first. some people say it has licorice taste, but I don’t feel it myself, but like any alternative to sugar you get used to it. It is 100 of times sweeter than sugar, so I found the tesco version to be mixed so that one teaspoon equals one tsp of sugar, or you could get the tiny pills of stevia that you drop into your tea as an alternative.
Errr you don’t make it sound very appealing
It was chocolate ovaltine yesterday. That was lovely. Today was cadburys options which tasted of chemicals.
Have you had options @anon80629714?
What about dark chocolate ?
I like dark chocolate. Like the bourneville hot chocolate or green and blacks high cocoa content chocolate.
But the diet cadburys options was horrible
Asda do a value instant hot chocolate which is cheap but very nice.
The best option would be cocoa powder with stevia (once you got used to it). Hmm sweet and chocolatey
I can’t do artificial sweeteners, they make me so sick. I even ended up in the hospital one because I was on a diet and had too much. They’re so bad for you.
There is nothing artificial about stevia. it comes froom a plant they have been using for hundreds oof years in south america. It doesn’t spike blood sugar levels like saccharine and aspartame does.
You ever just tried pure cocoa (powder)? Tastes like ship!
I have heard it is very bitter
