I started drinking a type that has no added sugar, and no artificial sweetener. Just natural sugar from the milk.
The ones with sugar typically has 4g sugar added pr 100ml. So if I drink 0,5litres a day that’s 20g less sugar per serving. That’s 0.5kg less sugar a month!
Yeah correct. There is one with dark chocolate taste. So it’s kind of a healthy snack. They just started selling it a couple of months ago in my country. Getting one without the artificial sweetener was important to me because I feel those are bad for the health long term.
