Makevisible app anyone?

I ordered it, i hope it works well, its a device that i would wear like a watch and it is linked to an app on my phone, it can tell if i am depressed or low energy, ill, lightheaded, its very smart and I’m hoping i can use it to give people & myself a visual representation of how i feel even if its not obvious then i can take steps to try and address it, for instance the app might say you are expending too much energy, you need to take a rest & it helps to know your habits and get a good balance. has anyone heard of this?

here’s the link to it Visible - Activity tracking for Long Covid and ME/CFS (it helps with other things too).

I checked out your link. It looks like a helpful way to keep track of symptoms.

What scares me is the membership part of it. I wouldn’t want a membership to anything online. Maybe I am just paranoid but it does sound rather invasive to me.

I get that, i just felt like it was worth it to know what is happening with me bc even though i try my best i still need help, bc my illness is so random and unpredictable i need to know, btw i’m not trying to sell anything. i just wanted to share as i am going to be using it and hopefully share with the forum if it has made any difference to my quality of life.

Yeah, I would definitely be interested in finding out what your experience is with the app.

Anything that can help us keep track of our moods and symptoms would be helpful. Thanks for sharing that with us!

Hey. I’ve been using the visible device & app, its pretty good, it gives me a little reassurance and it measures my stats, vitals, It is also helping me with my breathing,

In addition to using this i also invested in a trial of Mushroom Gummies which showed up good stats on the visible app, its basically brought my bpm down by 20 beats pm so i am over the moon,

I feel a bit calmer and sharper at the same time, here is a pic of the pack.

No Problem, when i have a whole week of this i will share my stats on here via screenshot, its a good tool to sort of manage my fatigue and other stuff,

Its not designed specifically for mental illness but it monitors stats such as breathing patterns & Bpm, it also monitors Depression & brain fog and some other things so it does some how know how a person may be feeling.

watches help so much in seeing what does what. i have a garmin and it gives a body battery and sleep scores and lots of stuff. i use it to see how stuff effects me.
