Have you heard of the Bearable app?

I have started using it to track my mood, symptoms, “factors” throughout the day that affect my health, sleep, energy levels, and meds!

Here were my two mood entries from yesterday:

Here are my personalized health conditions that I want to track the symptoms of (I added / edited them in):

When you press on one of your listed health conditions, it expands to show a list of symptoms (that you add in manually, so that it’s personalized to you). You press the box on the left to select either None, Mild, Moderate, Severe, or Unbearable:

I am going to try to use this app every day. It takes the info you put in and it graphs it. But not only that, it has comparisons. Just for an example… it might show information taken from info about when you go for a walk in the AM, you tend to have more energy in the PM. Or other stuff like that. It sounds really helpful and the layout of the app is user friendly.

I am not paid to “advertise” this app. I just think it’s really cool and maybe some of ya’ll would like to check it out? It might be helpful to you, too. It’s free, but there is a paid upgrade that gives you more features.

Peace out. :peace_symbol: :relaxed:

Actually you know what? That would be a cool app if you’re trying new medications to track how you felt on one vs another and you can look back

I wanted to use this app but can’t afford the premium. :frowning:

The premium upgrade gives you lots more useful graphs and whatnot, but I used the free version for a couple of weeks and it was still pretty useful. But I get what you mean. The upgrade does make it much better.
