Daily Diary

Hey Guys, so i have been told to keep track of what i’m doing by filling a daily diary to track my energy output, its actually really hard to fill in, it needs to be colour coded so it shows what more taxing on me mentally, physically & emotionally, its a blue, green orange, red score and i need to number 1-10 for difficult due to fatigue, purple is pleasurable activity.

Idk if anyone has ever done this on here but its difficult to know exactly how much i am using my brain etc at any given time and to rate how i feel, I am treating it like a game though so trying to enjoy the process but i wish i could score actually filling in the diary bc i use a lot of brain power. Idk if doing something like this would help if you had symptoms to show your dr how you feel within a week.

I have been tracking my symptoms daily in a journal for 3 years now. It has been a huge help to me. I use it to maintain insight into my condition and to show to my pdoc.

I think its definitely quality of life that’s important not quantity, so i think its a great way to show the dr what your quality of life is and if its not great then they should take steps to improve it. Imo its good to stay mentally, physically and creatively active.

We are humans and we need stimulation not stagnation, we need colours and shades and life in all its various shapes and forms, environmental wellbeing. nature, social, lots of things to add to the mix.
