Loving kindness meditation

This makes me feel like i start the day well.

There’s so many different ones to try.

I’ve just added this in to my mornings recently along with personal positive things I say to myself.
Including gratitude for what I’m grateful for. Things I have that others may not.
I also look in the mirror every morning to look at my features and learn to like them!

It’s all meant to be beneficial to the mind so that’s why I do it

Does anyone else meditate?

Me three. I do breathing meditations, body scans, lovingkindness, mindfulness, etc.

My form of meditation is to sit in nature and play my Native American Flute or didgeridoo. I did the sitting meditations for many years and they really helped me. But now I want to feel that what I’m doing is truly my own

I practice meditation like in bed. I do really basic meditation and count my breathingcycles. I used to do walkingmeditation and exercise meditation for a hour on the cardiac maschine.

It would be nice if I could hear it. I am very hard of hearing.

I pray rosary every evening right after meds kick in, I sleep confident and wake up more alert when I do this.
