Favorite kind(s) of meditation

If you meditate/have meditated, what’s your favorite kind(s) of meditation or favorite guided meditation(s)?

I use an app called soultime, but I’ve done osho meditations as well. I do have to say that most meditations involve spirit unless if you do mindfulness (but I didn’t like that really).

I like body scans and breathing meditations

I also do breathing exercises but I consider that to be something separately.

Maybe I’m biased on mindfulness because I followed a course and they weren’t welcoming towards severe mental illness.

I like to do walking meditation around my neighborhood. :relaxed::deer::infinity: There are deer around here and you can get up to ten feet from them. If I walk at six a. m. it is still dark outside.

Ive tried many different.
Right now im doing hypnosis.
It depends on mood, What sort i wanna do.

I don’t do sitting meditation in the traditional sense. I pace pretty much all day so I try to incorporate walking meditation into my daily routine. Following my Breathing helps a ton for me.

I meditate on the Word at night, it helps me fall asleep.
