A fun way to meditate and realax

I sit in the morning or evening in the garden, listening to all the random sounds for minutes, and there’s the second or second All sounds i hears without filtering,
Just listening and letting go, even a few seconds a day or two helps me feel calmer, and that’s very interesting allsow, because every time there’s a new and surprising sound, a loom or bark of a dog,A window opens or a passing car, coughing, it’s even musical, I suggest at least try if you enjoy it as well
