I don’t know. Maybe talk to your pdoc about trying a different drug combination if they are not doing the trick for you? Seems like you are pretty med resistant so I dunno what the best advice is in your case.

What drugs are you on, if you don’t mind me asking? You are already on Clozapine right?

Yes, clozapine, chlorpromazine, haloperidol

We increased chlorpromazine and clozapine now but i am the sam e
Wow, you are already highly medicated. All I can suggest is to keep experimenting with your doc on the combos and maybe you can hit on something that works. Sorry you have such a treatment resistant case. Gotta suck.

Well, i was fine with this combo until now.
It’s strange. Meds work until they suddenly stop working

Yeah, I’ve heard that can happen. They can lose their potency over time. I haven’t had that problem myself yet. I hope you can find a working combo again.

I called my psychiatrist.
Now I take 300mg clozapine
and
500mg chlorpromazine

Yeah, I looked that up when you listed it and I hadn’t heard of it as Chlorpromazine. Heard of Thorazine though. Never taken it personally though.

Just 3. Haldol, Invega sustenna/Invega trinza, and Aripiprazole(Abilify).
