Feel like im just losing more and more weight
I dont really know what more to do about this
Nurses say eat and drink enough.
I eat dinner everyday and youghurt or similar, coffee, water.
Maybe could eat more and different but i dont crave much food. A bit Worried about myself.

Just download a calorie counting app, and eat enough calories to gain or maintain your weight.

That’s why you’ve been losing weight then. You need to eat the correct amount of calories.
They do a normal version and protein added version. They are a complete meal meeting all the dietary requirements. You can gluten free too.
I live off the stuff. I love it!
Its like 1600 calories hard to eat that much.
Try eating foods that are high in calories. Like bread, cheese, cakes, chocolate,peanut better,etc.
