I am no longer using weight

Today I weighed myself and it is still the same. Around 70 kg at 165 cm height. :thinking:
I still want to lose 20-25 pounds. Usually it is very easy, not sure what is holding the fat back!

Maybe lack of proper exercise. I am eating dinner everyday and fruits and snacks during the day. I am maintaining I guess.

Reducing you calorie intake will help. Also your swimming will burn calories depending of how fast and how long you swim laps for.

I reached my goal of losing half a kilo this week. I have about two-and-a-half more weeks to go until I’m happy with my weight. Now that the autumn and winter is coming I naturally eat more and exercise less. So that’s why I’m taking this step now while I can.

I recommend counting your calories on a calorie counting app. like www.MyFitnessPal.com Also exercising everyday.
