You can restore objects and sell them on the internet?
You can also go to garage sales, buy some items, and resell them ?
(post covid.)

In addition to your painting and drawing, you could start going for walks and taking pics of nature

Yeah exercise is something that pays back and it’s good for you. Keep it regular and it becomes something that can be addictive in itself in a good way.

I second what Pianogal said about going for walks and snapping photos.

If you don’t own a digital camera most modern phones nowadays have a camera on them.

Music is fun. A nice pastime.

You could go to Barnes and Noble and buy a new book. I think that would be exciting

Neurofeedback has also helped my symptom of boredom, so I could attest to that too.

Maybe make an effort to cook, compare the prices of healthy foods to junkfoods. Get a hamster or guinea pig and keep them happy with a variety of cut off vegetables from your cooking. Maybe grow your favorite vegetable in a community garden and meet likeminded people. Or any sort of club. Here is the sz forum, without I would go to selfhelpsgroups. You could clean toilets.

I got the idea right now to make a sz magazine, distributed all over the world. Uncensored, like a piratecopy. We call the magazine "FLAGGED":joy:

Ah, ok. It was just an idea. You could possibly go on Amazon and see what they have. They also have alot of self help books that are interesting

Try Amazon Kindle, they have free books. Or you can also buy books physically online like on Amazon.
