I do adults colouring books using different coloured pencils they take time and are quite relaxing good for distraction

Do you find origami too complex? Amazon sells cool paper squares. I used to make mobiles out of the finished products using thin fishing line and old clothes hangers. It’s fun to make paper planes too and see which one can fly the best.

Why not golf? You can find your drivers and your putters at a garage sale. Spend about $25 a week Going Out playing. And hanging out with the richest people down in your area. How cool is that for a hobby?

You could grow some plants. Something interesting like a bonsai tree or whatever suits your fancy. I have a simple bonsai tree, it needs water very infrequently and no food needed yet.
