Looking for success stories from people who stop consuming caffeine

I’m sure there are people out there who quit caffeine and are very happy about it, maybe you are willing to share a success story

I quit coffee yesterday after suffering panic attack. I also realized that I was severely over consuming coffee last few weeks, going bag or two including several cans of instant coffee. I was severely dehydrated I would assume and the sensations further escalated to full blown panic attack.

I think it was my mania that I wasn’t able to recognize what I was doing, and I would still be pouring coffee today if it wasn’t for severe full blown panic attack yesterday that got me googling if coffee can cause panic attack. After finding that there is in fact a anxiety disorder associated with over consumption of coffee. I decided to quit coffee forever. Water will suffice.

Thank you.

I can quit anytime for it doesn’t have any affect on me. There was a time I got psychotic drinking coffee. I think maybe it’s because I’m drinking instant.

I have one coffee when I wake up , sometimes 2 or 3. Then one body armor with caffeine around noon and I’m fine. If I drink 2-3 cups in the morning and 2-3 in the afternoon I get similar effects.

I stopped caffeine after drinking coffee from age 6. I just kind of forgot about it. Not sure about the health benefits, but I don’t crave it at all.

It’s probably for the best. I’m sure you are reaping benefits of your body relying on it’s natural regulation systems rather than artificial. I can’t wait to get my sleep back on track.

I quit caffeine because I have a rapid pulse. No regrets. I drink decaf coffee and herbal tea.

That’s awesome. Coffee tastes good so I can see appeal for decaf.
