Notice when you start getting obsessed. If you see yourself fixating on things like coincidences, metaphors, sometimes religion, you may be looking for trouble. You don’t wanna get stuck thinking stupid thoughts over and over and over all day. It’s an obsession but worse when it’s turned into paranoia.

              letting a thought circle and circle over and over will get me into a lot of sneaky brained thinking.
I try to get moving… or focus on something different… take a walk.
At work I seem to do Ok. I can focus on my work.
but at home… round and round it goes. Sometimes I try to just hang out with someone and try to pay attention to them and ignore my brain. It doesn’t always work, but I try.

              I find listening to music through headphones to be a huge help. Anything that keeps the mind engaged and fixed on something.
