Lithium damaged my thyroid and didn’t help.
I chose AP’s
Thyroid has got nothing to do with the mental illness. Thyroid why it got damaged i will tell you but lithium has got nothing to do with it.
Which doc do u go to if I may know.
I’m allergic to Lithium… that’s why lol
I was on lithium for years and it finally gave me hypothyroidism it was also starting to damage my kidneys.
Lithium is a toxic salt.
It eventually damages our organs.
I had no idea you had such difficulties with lithium. It made me very sick right away. I hear you.

Who told u to use it forever?
U use it for a while and then taper it off by taking Ayurveda that’s the way.
Also if yoga was introduced into your life at an earlier age u would have been in very good health over all.
But I don’t see psych hospitals introducing yoga to patients…
