Can you tell me why lithium pills are being discouraged in usa? And why are only anti psychotics being encouraged?
I am looking forward to a wonderful decisive debate…
I don’t know why they want to stop lithium but for me it causes shaking and nausea/vomiting. I’m weaning off of it.
At first all chemicals cause side effects until the body adjusts to them. But anti psychotics are designed to make us unstable physically… mentally we may be ok but physically we will be depressed and out of order.
Lithium is completely different.
Psychiatrists found a cash cow and they want to milk it till it leaks blood.
Shift to lithium asap. If someone stops u , u tell me.
There is a lot of story behind it which I will reveal as time goes by but first shift to lithium it will adjust to your system then start taking ayurvedic medicine if u have over there. Or come to India.

Some meds work for some and not for others. For me I’ll be very glad it will soon be over.

I took lithium when I was first diagnosed at first I didn’t get side effects but when the dose was rises really high I ended up being thirsty all the time I told my pdoc they checked my kidneys and that’s when I found out that lithium was causing my kidneys to shut down

Why would I take lithium? My antipsychotics are working great for me.

Lithium has been an awesome addition to my regimen. Out of curiosity i’d love to try weaning off my AP and AD to see how i do on lithium alone. or various combos least invasive.
It obviously isn’t working foryou. These threads are delusional and misinformation.

I take lithium 1200mg hopefully it won’t affect my kidneys
