I took Double Wood Lion’s Mane and it has helped make me feel calmer and focus a little better past the Natural Rhythm Triple Calm magnesium, which helps me concentrate a lot better.
Then today I took Amyloban 3399 Lion’s Mane because it’s supposed to work better than other lion’s mane brands. My anxiety is through the roof. I have been struggling all day and really wish I was home.
I’m freaked out, anxious, depressed and having a hard time concentrating. I just want to warn anyone who wants to try using this.
I tried it, but didn’t notice anything. But a lot of supplements can be subtle, like if your less depressed or having a happier mood, that could be attributed to a supplement.
I sometimes take a full spectrum mushroom complex. It’s a blend of 6-7 medical mushrooms, Reishi, Shiitake, Cordyceps, Lions mane are the ones I remember. This does have calming properties on me.
ive been taking lions mane lately. giving it some time to see if it improves anything. i got real mushrooms brand as it was only one i saw that contents are tested to ensure quality
@cigarino@Mr_Hope thanks. The Double Wood Lion’s Mane takes away most of the rest of the anxiety that Buspirone (maximum dose) doesn’t and I’m happier and more content on it. It helps improve concentration a little too.
The 3399 I just can’t tolerate, lol. By the end of the workday, I was feeling better and now it’s kind of funny, but I did throw the bottle away. I thought about giving it away, but I don’t want to do it in case someone has the same reaction I did.
