I have a question every year at around this time I start feeling blah I have issues with motivation and wanna sleep all day now I’ve used a SAD lamp or light therapy and last time it made me manic HOWEVER they have changed my meds loads after that is it worth a try again
I havent really noticed any difference yet. Its still kinda light till 6:30pm. Ill use it when its dark at 5:30pm and im in my room cause its cold. Whats been helping me is sitting with my dad in the living room just talking. Its a welcome distraction from depression.
