Yes my friends, what ever we think and perceive must be true in one way or the other. I totally agree with you guys. No I’m not having any panic attacks. Well 30 to 45 days ago I stopped taking abilify and my negative symptoms became zero but my positive symptoms also known as delusions increased and I had trouble sleeping, initially I used melatonin and l-theanine for sleeping purpose and later when I went to relatives house I didn’t use any melatonin and also no l-theanine and I could sleep. Three days ago I took 15 mg abilify and after that my positive symptoms were too low and for the past two days I didn’t take any abilify.
Three days ago when I used abilify the next day I had negative symptoms and I understood that I shouldn’t take 15 mg abilify. 15 mg abilify is too much. I must take 2mg every night or maybe 5 mg every night.
For the past two days ago I didn’t take abilify and I have no negative symptoms and negligible positive symptoms.
And yes for the past 5 days I have been taking All 9 M daily 2 tablets and it must be helping me like crazy.
It is schizophrenia, so please don’t count in days, always 6 month or year, I fear to have any changes in tablet without permission,.

Guys I used health supplements, nootropics which upgraded my brain so I am much safer than you guys from Schizophrenia illness.

I don’t believe any upgrading of brain, most of the time I try to make fool to my psychiatric, so he do not over dose me. The psychiatric talked him self that they try two or more drugs to the patient so any one can help, more than this they try drugs of other disease to patients.

Nootropics are brain drugs that improve the brain above base level. If an expert uses them and knows how to use them then that expert will have far better brain upgrade, I guess. Yes, my pathetic brain is far too less pathetic because of nootropics, before nootropics I was living a life that is nothing but living hell.
Well I should ask to my psychiatric if it available in india, I am almost normal and only excited for my those imagination, but I controlled my delusion, working well, and most important that I behave normal.

I totally agree. But sometimes when I think others are planning something by sending negative targeted messages I get angry.
Being paranoid is really totally okay but memory problems and brain damage problems and too much paranoia is the only problem.
For example paranoia is caused by dopamine activity in some brain area and it’s totally okay but the only problem is
there is too low dopamine in many areas of brain and these brains due to low dopamine don’t work and only paranoia works and we lose presence of mind so our problem is paranoia
actually our problem is low dopamine in several regions of brain
I am unable to differentiate my brain and think as a whole,
