Maya Case manager suggested I go on. A type of insurance that gives me some cash Spending card. So I applied for the insurance and it looked promising. The lady could not find my Doctor on the list. But promised me that I could put her on after I got my card. Come to find out my Doctor doesn’t take her insurance. Nor do the 5 specialists I go to. So I had to transfer back to my original insurance. And now I have to wait a month for kick in. And I have too many Doctor’s appointments this month. In order to battle this because I don’t have the money to pay for it. I’m having to reschedule all my appointments for the next month. Which is quite unhandy. Considering I have an IEP. Psychologist appointment , A diabetic appointment. A cholesterol appointment. Pain management appointment. And more So be very careful about what to do with your insurance. You may end up like I did.

Yeah, I hate dealing with insurance. My insurance company recently sent me a letter saying that they no longer will cover my needles for my insulin pen. It’s like, wtf, why dont you tell me what needles you DO cover so I can order them? Do you not cover any? My insulin pens are useless without needles. So, I guess I just might end up paying for them myself next time. Freaking people are trying to kill me.
I hear ya on that. I have had a string of appointments that were wearing me thin. The week before last I had 4 appointments out the 5 weekdays. It’s slowing down now , though.
