Less anxious with Magnesium

Yes Depakote helps with my anxiety also @Ale.
Good to know it helps you.

Man third time in the bathroom pooping up a storm!
Magnesium Glycinate has been really hard on my stomach!

If this continues I’m going to become dehydrated.

I might switch back to Mg Oxide or try Mg Citrate.

Yeah I’ve been doing this.
Maybe I need to adjust to it.

I’ve been eating a lot healthier lately.
Maybe I can only tolerate Magnesium in lower doses.

I’m going back to the 250mg of the Magnesium Oxide starting tomorrow.
It was better for my anxiety and easier on my stomach than the Mag Glycinate.

How much of Glycinate did you take?

300mg zoa 15555
It really messed up my stomach bad.
It was also a bit more energizing than the Mg Oxide.
I just don’t like the way I feel on it.
