Yes Depakote helps with my anxiety also @Ale .
Good to know it helps you.
Man third time in the bathroom pooping up a storm!
Magnesium Glycinate has been really hard on my stomach!
If this continues I’m going to become dehydrated.
I might switch back to Mg Oxide or try Mg Citrate.

I’ve been eating a lot healthier lately.

I am a life-long milk lover. I pretty much gave the stuff up June 2013 when I took control of my diabetes. I adore whole milk. Back in the day, I could chug down a well-chilled quart in nothing flat after some vigorous exercise. These days, I have an...

I’m going back to the 250mg of the Magnesium Oxide starting tomorrow.
It was better for my anxiety and easier on my stomach than the Mag Glycinate.

It really messed up my stomach bad.
It was also a bit more energizing than the Mg Oxide.
I just don’t like the way I feel on it.

This is what I found.
Dark Chocolate . Dark chocolate is as healthy as it is delicious. It’s very rich in magnesium , with 64 mg in a 1-ounce (28-gram) serving — that’s 16% of the RDI (2). Dark chocolate is also in high in iron, copper and manganese and contains prebiotic fiber that feeds your healthy
