May 8 my car went to the salvage yard. I’m doing fine without one and don’t need to commit suicide. I changed pharmacy to one 0.4 miles away, and changed PCP to one 2.6 miles away, a fairly inexpensive cab ride. With Covid19 the public buses are limited to 10 riders, so I’m not using them. I’m having to mail order things I used to go and get in my car. I’m having groceries delivered. So it’s possible to live without a car.

Glad your surviving. I’ve got registration coming up this pay. Nothing like a car to eat money and although it’s handy I could survive without one. Sounds like you’ve got most things sorted without the public transport and the way things are at the moment it’s pretty safe getting home delivery.
