Just had my last cigarette. I hope I can live up to the promisse.
I’ve posted it so I’ll be accounted for it.
First of the day, hopefully last.
Are too bad for me. I just hope I will not eat a lot
When you want a cigarette in future, drink a tea, build a ritual, when you let something away, you must fill it with some different.
Worked very good when I quitted cigarettes.
I love nicotine but I need to stop vaping for all the lung issues and other health issues that sounds terrible
I might try nicotine gum for some help
When I tried to quit I used ice water to replace it. Gives a cold sensation in the back of your throat kinda like menthols.
You still don’t smoke ?
After a half year i tried a cigarette again…
No I went back to vaping. Withdrawal caused mood issues.
I changed to “healthy” tobacco without additives, i smoke less with that and have no issues with lung since that.
Me too. I stopped cigarette just few days back and trying to cut down on eating which has caused me a bit of over weight. Good luck to keep it going…
Thanks for the tips.
@James99 I like the idea of replaceing in with a tea or as @Mars said with iced watter.
I hope I will not have so much carving.
I quit 5 years ago.
First I used nicotine gum for a couple of months. Then I quit that.
I am haveing a coffe, no sugar no cigarette.
I drank 3 cups of water so far. (An hour or so)
I did lollipops. Every time i got a craving i would suck on a lollipop to give my mouth something to do. They have sugar free ones too. I have 6 months with zero cigarettes!
I am not sure I can find sugar free ones here, but is wonderfull ideea. Thanks
@Davincii even i will stop this habit.
1 July 2023 is the date !!

Wow… that is a statement you too have to be accountable for…
Has been 7hrs. I felt like haveing a cigarette after I ate, and the past half hr has been calling me softly… I just hope I’ll have the will to say no…
You can do this!
Maybe take up knitting and suck on lollipops.
I know everyone is different but I swear broccoli sprout extract helped.
(In conjunction with fruit eating, easy walks, and the patch).
