I’m looking for a good book on feminism if someone can recommend. I want to read it in the plane. Last book I read was a couple of months back the prophet by khalil gibran. I started reading to kill a mocking bird but lost interest.

I know most of my favorites are science fiction… Stuff people don’ want to read.

If I had to make a suggestion in general though, read “Cat’s Cradle,” “Sirens of Titan,” and “Breakfast of Champions” all by Kurt Vonnegut.

Seriously charmingly unique and his style is simple. Good reads.

Arlen Coben, “Stay Close”, really good read.

Philip Kindred Dick.

read completely through? some novel about colonial american trader sailing the seas making business deals. cant even remember the name.

I don’t know that one.

Is it kindred? lol

“The Future of the Mind” by Dr. Michio Kaku.

Full of cross references on Pop culture and movies, talks a lot about schizophrenia and other mental afflictions. I learned about Savant Syndrome which affects people with traumatic brain injury and makes them geniuses.

Excellent read overall!

I’ve heard about this book, and this guy on NPR.

They praised what he did for followers and admirers during the book, and after.

Quite a tragedy.
