For years I’ve been taking lamotrigine and zyprexa/olanzapine. After a recent psychotic episode, my doctor switched me from olanzapine to haloperidol but left me on the lamotrigine.
My question is, what is your experience of going off lamictal if you don’t experience depression?
Lamictal made me very anxious and manic.
Got off of it a while back.

I have withdrawn from lamictal twice. It is truly horrible. The cuts last about 2 weeks for me. The other time I was on 20mg zyprexa and the only symptoms I got were grotesque imagery at in bed at night and teeth grinding.
