Getting off of this Devil drug pronto!

I have been in a constant state of euphoria and elevated mood ever since going on Lamictal.

I’m chronically manic throughout the day at different degrees.

Again I apologize to the forum and the moderators but I assure you, I’m not myself.

I’m becoming hypo spiritual on the verge of psychosis.

I’m also easily irritated and giving my father a hard time.

Thankfully I see my psychiatrist in an hour and a half.

I’m going off of this drug completely.

Hopefully I’ll be back to my “normal” self soon.

Do you have a previous antidepressant with antipsychotic combination that you have been on before that works ok. It can be difficult going off a medication to starting an unknown one. You need to be reasonably ok before starting something new.

I may have to up my dose of Risperdal I don’t know.
I really can’t tolerate going on other mood stabilizers.

I’ll see what she says.

I cannot tolerate ANY antidepressant type medications.
Not even APs with antidepressant properties or I’ll become manic.
