L-theanine is so relaxing. I was so stressed out one day, and when I got home I popped 400mg of the sweet theanine, then half an hour later I’m completely chilled out and forgetting the stresses of that day.

L theanine is great but it’s got a short half life. Wears off pretty quick.
Nothing like it with some melatonin before bed though. I don’t do it every night because I’m afraid of developing a tolerance, but I almost always get a refreshing sleep.
I had tried it long ago. It worked great the first day, and then it gave me side effects such as waking up early and headache the second day and the third day. So you’d better keep watching out.
Lucky duck! I tried it and it did nothing for me except aggravate my bladder for some reason.
