Klonopin, my miracle drug

I interacted and socialized almost like a ‘normie’ yesterday during our Thanksgiving gathering.

I took some Klonopin before I went and it works so well to tamper down my anxiety and fears.

I even took some the other day before going with my father to the medical center and I was able to drive camly.

The stuff allows me to blend in to society with no anxiety what so ever!

I’m going to use it more often but Im not going to take it on a daily basis or I’ll become tolerant and it won’t work so well.

I’m also trying not to become addicted.

Yeah alongside Risperdal, I consider Klonopin to be one of my miracle drugs.

Benzos get a bad rap because people abuse them. But there’s a reason they make these drugs – they are useful, and have a place in treatment.

I’m glad they helped!

Good for you.
If I take benzo, when I’m agitated,
it calms me down, makes me sleepy,
sedates me etc

Be careful, benzos are the most addictive substances known to man. I personally would never take them unless i were experiencing seizures.

Most addictive. Where did you hear that?:thinking::thinking:

I dont know if it’s objectively the most addictive, but it’s at least at the same level as alcohol and opioids, except it’s much harder to quit than either of them. Benzo withdrawal is known to be the worst substance withdrawal you can go through. It can last months or even years, depending on how bad the addiction was, and it has both physical and psychological features. People who have been addicted to both heroin and benzos overwhelmingly claim that benzos were the more addictive of the two.

No benzos are not the most addictive substances known to man, that would probably be opioids

Does it makes you feel good? Maybe I should drug myself with klonopin to forget my suffering.

Do you suffer with anxiety @Aziz?
You should not use benzos for recreational use.

It’s a good way to get addicted

You’ll need a prescription

No but I need something to stop me from thinking about my sz negative symptoms.

You are better off talking with a therapist that understands SZ.
They can come up with a plan to help you cope more efficiently with your symptoms other than meds.

Seeing a qualified therapist could help.

I got addicted to Ativan and the withdrawls were literally living hell. Benzos can be useful, if they arent taken everyday. They are pretty easy to get addicted to though, please be careful @Wave
