I take a multivitamin everyday too. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. The oatmeal is my carb fix

A little meat in your soup might still not be enough protein. You could add beans too, and snack on nuts

That’s pretty good.
I’m on a soup and sweet potato diet, with the occasional meat. Working nice for my arthritis.
