I’ve been changing my diet repeatedly the past few years trying to find one that will work. I haven’t had a lot of success but I’m trying one more time. I’m going to eat mostly vegetables (shelled edamame) and some fruit and maybe occasionally a little meat like chicken and salmon if my dad makes some and shares.
I’m really hoping this will work and work well for me because I really need to lose weight. I need to lose at least fifty pounds.
