yeah… at night I am having extreme anxiety. Just pratcingin some CBT and breathing and thinking positive.

my wellness coach taught me a great breathing technique. 5 5 7. in for 5 hold for 5 out for 7 I have had a horrible time finding a technique I could actually remember when the panic strikes, but for some reason this one sticks and is actually do-able when the time comes. I also actually practice this one because it’s easy for me to remember.
