Does karxt represent a major advance in the treatment of schizophrenia? When will it be marketed in Europe?

Yes Karxt is very advanced in the treatment of schizophrenia. I plan on going on it when it comes out if I can get insurance to cover it. It’s supposed to be very tolerable compared to current antipsychotics which has caused me trouble. I think the only side effects of Karxt is constipation & indigestion. I’m not sure when it will be available in Europe. Could take a couple years from what I’ve read. I’m in the States

I dont want to celebrate till its out also the same for how it will work and what it will do.
It is however promising because all anti psycotics right now are d2 blockers with too many side effects.
I think some of the side effects are not even mentioned on the paper that comes with it, or are blamed on that they are caused by the schizophrenia.
Lets hope that once KarXT comes out more will follow with different meganism and or better types
