This gives me hope. I wonder if it will be available in the United States as the link you provided was to a European site. @Aziz hopefully this can make its way to Canada too!

I am excited for KarXT!

Thanks @RottenApple

I’m excited for KarXT too but I’ve been on my current med so long I’m afraid to switch and I’m already use to it but I know it would be a better med so I don’t know what to think

Ehh… ‘Without the side-effects of current anti-psychotic’’. Whats new? I didnt read the link.
But my hopes are for people right now with meds that dont work.

I read that it doesn’t work on dopamine receptors but on muscarinic receptors instead. I think I read that muscarinic receptors affect dopamine so its like an indirect way to control dopamine but it should have much less side effects attributed to standard antipsychotics that directly block dopamine receptors.

So on research in the past about Lumateperone, this going to take years, and will be very expensive. What i keep in mind is the side-effects.
