I get you, my mood is off often too

I advice you to talk to your therapist

I heard saffron is good to improve the mood but it’s expensive

Hopefully you’ll feel better soon

@anon70282812 does anything about your current situation have you in the dumps? Or do you think it is mental illness? I have not felt or had suicidal ideation going on for a year now. I used to be traumatized from my suicidal ideation.

you sound like you don’t have any hope…cigarettes can give hope if you like smoking. i think you smoke anyways…look forward to that morning cup of coffee…or just put a pot on if you want some…treat yourself to a candy bar…something to cheer you up just a bit.

I know your stuck right now but just remember that there is always a chance things will turn around. Sometimes we have to hold on when hope is all we have. Seriously…things will change.

How long have you been on them ? It can take at least two weeks to start seeing improvement.
