Just took 2 mg of Ativan

I started having a panic attack. My heart started beating really fast and hard. I had trouble breathing and I felt like I was going crazy.

I took 2 MG of Ativan at 10:05 PM. It’s now 10:24 PM here. Starting to calm down a little bit. I hope everyone is having a good night.

Hope you’re feeling better dude. That drug works well for me, but I am not allowed it anymore

It’s been a while since I’ve had a panic attack, but I know how scary they are.
