It's been 120 hours

It’s been 5 days since I last took Ativan.

For me, thats a victory. Since this past August i’ve been pretty much taking it every day or every other day.

I also socalized with my family last night when they came over for a visit. I usually hide in my room.

Maybe the Escitalopram is kicking in?

I have a doctors appointment this Thursday.

That’s great news! Coming off Ativan is hard, I’ve done it twice in the last 6 months. My problem is that when I’m in the hospital they hand it out like candy and i take it. Then i get addicted again. I’m glad you’re doing so good, keep it up!

Almost been 200 hours since my last Ativan dose :+1: the worst of the withdrawal should be over.
