Just got off the call with my psychiatrist and I’m feeling pretty good about it. We decided to switch meds because of increased prolactin and it being hard to lose weight, plus some prediabetic symptoms. He at first wanted to switch to geodon, but he ultimately left it up to us to decide, so we decided to go with lumateperone.
I’ve been watching this closely before it was even approved, and I’m glad I’m now able to give it a shot. I just hope it goes better than what happened on Vraylar.
I read that its the best for weight loss. Ppl lost weight on it. Good luck and let us know how it works out.

Good continue taking low calorie per 100g food and losing till you hit acceptable bmi
I found that meds that lower apetites usually have some mad anxiety side effects like abilify or wellbutrin. I prefer neutral weight meds or with some gain
