I think I’m really gonna like it. Today was the walk-in clinic.
Checked in, and showed my ID, then got an intake worker where I signed a whole bunch of releases.
Then a therapist came and got me and she asked tons of questions that she typed in, I didn’t have to do any paperwork, and then while she typing what I said
into the computer, there was a second screen facing me where I could see everything she was typing in. pretty awesome.
Now I’ll get a call back early next week about setting up an appointment with a pdoc.
I was there about 2 hours today, and I said Yeah, tack on some therapy sessions too. I think it will work out.
That sounds really good that she let you see what she was typing. That would go a long way in me trusting them. Mine just sits behind the computer and typing like their their guarding the secrets recipe for a nuclear bomb or something lol
Like Cindy, my previous pdoc used to guard what he was typing on the screen. Always made me wonder what in the world he was writing in there, but not enough to ask for copies of my records. He was a jerk. I fired him and now I love my current pdoc so it all worked out.
