Just a quick question

Do you have annual health check?

With being on antipsychotics, are we meant to?

I see my doc at minimum every 3 months for diabetes and blood tests. Usually quite a bit more frequently.

I don’t. My pdoc didn’t even suggested that.
But maybe because I am young. Probably no need to do that now.

Right ok, maybe I’ll just leave it then idk

I see my primary care provider once a month. This is the doctor who put me on the regimen to lose weight and “keeps me honest” cuz I know I can’t cheat on my diet since I’ll be seeing him before long. But we do yearly blood and urine checks for our annual physical. He’s a really cool guy for being a bit older.

I had blood work done in September by my GP. Normally I should do it once a year, but it had been 3 years.

I get my diabetes blood work done every 3 months, also get an EKG done once a year

Yes, ive been doing bloodwork and ekg every year. Maybe Ask for a health check ?

It’s still a good idea, young people can get sick too.

I do annnual blood work

Yes the mental health clinic does blood work but is your local gp supposed to do a health check as well?

I see the Dr once a year and he gives me blood work paper.

I refuse the annual checkup. They fuss and force around until they practically cause the problem. I am too old for any radical measures anyway. I think I’ll just die naturally.

I’m due a smear test and yes manual blood check ups too. This dam gp doesn’t do my prolactin though which is not good.

Prolactin testing is important on antipsychotics even aripiprazole
