Jury duty questionarre

Im stressing… I just got a jury duty questionarre in the mail. I don’t drive and I get panic attacks so it makes everything difficult.

I have 30 days to mail it back to them. If I dont I can be fined and sent to prison.

It says its not a guarantee that i’ll be selected to do it, but im still stressing.

Has anyone done jury duty? I live in Canada (Ontario)

I got one of those a couple months back. I just had my doctor write a letter saying I wasn’t capable of doing jury duty. It worked, didn’t have to do it. :hatched_chick::hatched_chick::hatched_chick:

schizophrenics in america don’t have to do jury duty…maybe that will be the case in Canada?

If you suffer from a psychotic disorder like schizophrenia/schizoaffective then you are exempt from serving on jury duty

I got summoned for jury duty…I told them I sometimes hear voices that tell me what to do and they excused me.
